Starter/Entrée : home made smoked salmon/saumon fumé fait maison

Main meal/plat principal : Guinea Fowl from the Vallée d'Auge with gratin dauphinois and panned fresh veg.

Pintade de la Vallée d'Auge avec gratin dauphinois et poêlée de légumes frais.

Dessert : Apple tart with ice cream/Tarte aux pommes avec glace.

Coffée, water, wine.

Price : 20E per person.
